We are using MC66 controller in our device.
We are facing some network related problems in our device.
When discussed with operator side, they need modem/network logs from our device to analyse the root cause of the issues.
So, can anybody from the team help on how to capture the required logs… I mean the Tools and complete procedure to capture the logs.
It would be highly appreciated if we can get an early reply due to the urgency.
