How t work on Cat-M1 on BG-95 m3

Hi i am using BG95-M3 module I have no issue with GSM mode in this module while making it work under NB-IoT and eMTC I am not able to get signal quality it always results in 99,99 , despite using these AT+QCFG=“iotopmode”,0
AT+QCFG=“nwscanmode”,0 two commands I am unable to get the desired result.

Please help me resolve this issue

If you want to force BG95-M3 in eMTC mode, i believe you need to use the command as following:

AT+QCFG=“iotopmode”,0,1
AT+QCFG=“NWSCANMODE”,1,1;+QCFG=“NWSCANSEQ”,020202,1
