How default bands are set in Bg95 modem

Is it common that when we swap sim, band will changed by modem automatically. When I had put AT&T sim and try
at+qcfg=“band”
+QCFG: “band”,0xf,0x80a,0x80a

but when I put dummy sim (amarisoft simulator sim) then with out changing/setting any band I get,
at+qcfg=“band”
+QCFG: “band”,0xf,0x100002000000000f0e189f,0x10004200000000090e189f

What are deafult bands set in modem with default modem FW.
