I have problems sending sms messages with ec25eux current firmware is EC25EUXGAR08A13M1G. I read that the problems are solved with a newer firmware e.g. EC25EUXGAR08A17M1G. How can I get this?

My requirements are a bit unusual.
I have 2 of EC25:
EC25EUXGAR08A08M1G
EC25EUXGAR08A19M1G
the newer one (v19) has a defect from my point of view - “parasitic” ~+600 ms delay in case bufferbloat in uplink occurs, which v08 does not have.
as I have read:
The new firmware version cannot be downgraded to versions released before EC25EUXGAR08A13M1G, otherwise the module will not be able to work normally.
If I cannot install v08 over v19 even if I had it, can I get v13 ?

The module was previously running:
EC25EUXGAR08A11M1G_20.003.20.003
I successfully upgraded it to A19 using the following DFOTA package:
EC25EUXGAR08A11M1G_20.003.20.003
to
EC25EUXGAR08A19M1G_DFD_A0.300.A0.300
The upgrade completed successfully with:
+QIND: "FOTA","END",0
I would like to know:
1. Is EC25EUXGAR08A19M1G_DFD_A0.300.A0.300 currently the latest production firmware for EC25-EUX?
2. If a newer firmware is available, what is the latest firmware version?
3. Is there a DFOTA delta package that can upgrade directly from my current version:
EC25EUXGAR08A19M1G_DFD_A0.300.A0.300
to the latest version?
4. If a direct DFOTA package is not available, please advise the recommended upgrade path.
5. Please also provide the firmware release notes/change log, if available.
The module is being used in an embedded Linux data logger, so I specifically need a DFOTA-compatible production firmware rather than a development/test build.
