Your LTE serving cell is on channel 675, band B2, with 15 MHz of bandwidth on both uplink and downlink. That’s the 675,2,4,4
For the NR5G component, that’s the 638016,78,8 (channel 638016, band n78, bandwidth 60 MHz).
The nominal frequency for B2 is 1900 MHz, and for n78 it’s 3500 MHz.
PS - With more precision, channel 675 is on 1937.5 MHz for the downlink and 1857.5 for the uplink.
For channel 638016 on n78 the exact frequency is 3570.24 MHz. References:
