Hotspot Feature - Disable on Bootup

Dear Sir,

i am using SC600T module. you can see in the below image

"Turn off Hotspot Automatically" function in hotspot section.

its by default ENABLE on bootup.

1 - How can i disable this option on Bootup?

2 - in which file i have to disable this option at bootup ?

3 - if it is disabled from the user-level guide me on how to do it?
