Hardware drop in replacement for M35 Due to GSM will be turned off soon

Dear All ,
I am hobbyist / amateur RF engineer playing with technology on my free time.

I would like to know if there is an LTE or 5g drop in replacement for M35 modem.

I need to retrofit an existing device that uses only GSM and I want to retrofit it to work with LTE/5G because GSM and 3G will soon be turned off in my region.

If you are referring to the communication module, LTE modules can complete the function of M35, you can look at the EC600M,EG915 module.
