GPS not working correctly after upgrade to RM500QGLABR11A03M4G

I did recently an update from RM500QGLABR11A02M4G -->> RM500QGLABR11A03M4G
And we noticed that GPS stopped working as it used to do. It now very periodicaly looses fix for about 10s and then gets it back for about 10s. Very regular. There were no config changes done to the module. happens both when module is stationary or on the go.
Any one have seen this behaviour?

You can see it here on map. very regular gaps, and I try to get the position every 2s all the time.
