Good morning,

I’ve had some issues with the EG25G card in my laptop over in the UK. I have tried many drivers (currently using 20.0.65.11 in Windows 11). But many combinations of APN for my carrier and the driver level result in different fails. At best I have managed to connect to LTE (4G) but at very slow speeds. I have a feeling I may need to set LTE channels for my provider using AT commands.

I have heard there is a newer firmware that might be worth trying. Please can you send it to my email if possible. I have the latest version of qflash from your software downloads section but any instructions would also be great.
