Hello I am looking for GNSS with Gyro integrated. Kindly let know if available. At present I am using L89HA 2.0 but want to integrate GYRO for dead reckoning.

For your current module L89HA 2.0 does not support the feature that you are working on.
As for the feature on Gyro for dead reckoning (DR), several Quectel GNSS modules support Dead Reckoning (DR) by utilizing a 3-axis gyroscope (typically integrated within an Inertial Measurement Unit or IMU) to improve positioning accuracy and availability
Below are some suggested module that you can use:

LC29H Series: The LC29H (BA) and LC29H (CA) variants integrate Dead Reckoning functions. These modules use an onboard IMU to provide angular rate (gyro) and acceleration data, which can be monitored via proprietary messages like
$PQTMIMU. -
L26-DR Series: This series (including the ADR and UDR variants) is designed specifically for Dead Reckoning. It utilizes an internal 6-axis MEMS sensor consisting of a 3-axis gyroscope and a 3-axis accelerometer.

Hello, I have been advised L89HD as it is close to L89HA in foot print, and not much changes will be required in terms of PCB footprint. What settings will be rquired in L89HD to use DR ? I tried to find any document on using DR but could not find.
