GNSS L26-DR ADR what is the differential mode?

The RMC message has a mode indicator: Differential
but the doc L26-DR GNSS Protocol Specification does not says what it means

Dear Sir,
FYR:
D = Differential. Satellite system used in differential mode in position fix. Corrections from ground stations or Satellite Based Augmentation System (SBAS).
That’s to say when GPS Quality indicator value in GGA message turns into 2/4/5, aforementioned “D” will appear in RMC messages. For L26ADR, that value in GGA can be 2, you could check that.

So, could I say that D mode is better than A because the received data has corrections from ground stations?

Dear Sir,
Yeah, but if correction data is from SBAS, its help on positioning accuracy improvement is not that much, about 0.3m improvement while static positioning accuracy is 2.5m.
Regards

Could you share the document where you get this info?

Dear Sir,
Regarding to positioning accuracy, you could refer to L26ADR HD, here the positioning accuracy is 1.5 meter.

SBAS improvement on accuracy is from our internal test result.
