I harvested some of these modules from some projects connected to a raspberry pi (via USB). However I cannot seem to find how these modules can be configured.
Is there any documentation available, I am planning to make my own dd-wrt camping router?
It is a good question for me and maybe Quectel would write some articles about how to use the modem with RPI.

If you would build the OpenWrt firmware for the Rpi please check the openwrt.zip and it might help you.
I cannot seem to find out how and where to start with this module. I have a bit of experience with Linux but just sending files does not help.
If there is any information available where I can find something about how to start with this module or can you help me setting it up?

If you’re going to use this module with dd-wrt perhaps you should ask a question in dd-wrt forum?
Have created a topic for that but still hope anyone can help setting this up.
