Getting a cme error: 508 "Time information error" when I inject gpsoneXtraTime

Hi,

I’m trying to enable the GpsOneXtra features on our EC25 module for our device. I have follow the steps provided to me by our local FAE, but after executing the GPSONEXTRATIME, i get a cme error 508. Can anyone provide some insight as to what I’m doing wrong.

Sorry for the delay.
Could you provide your EC25 firmware version by command ATI? Thanks.
I’ll try to reproduce this issue and keep you posted.

I m using EG21-G and having same issue of time information error
