I’ve been running RM500QAEAAR11A02M4G_01.003.01.003 without any problems since Nov 2021.
Are your disconnects actually spontaneous resets? If so, check that your power supply is adequate. These are power-hungry modems.
Maybe try running the modem in ECM mode. I switched mine to ECM mode on purchase, and have not noticed a single disconnect.
I also run an EM06-E 24/7 in ECM mode, and have not seen a single disconnect in seven years.
Check the mode with:
AT+QCFG="usbnet"
+QCFG: "usbnet",1

Set the mode with AT+QCFG="usbnet",<n> where <n> is one of:
0 - QMI
1 - ECM
2 - MBIM
I think I need new firmware “R13” because it’s working fine on other network, other x55 modem is already fixed by R13 update
