Firmware upgrade request for M95 (MQTT support needed)

Hello Quectel Support Team,

I am working on a project using the Quectel M95 GSM module. My current firmware revision is: M95FAR02A08

When I try to use the MQTT commands (for example, AT+QMTOPEN=?), the module returns +CME ERROR: 100 or ERROR. It seems my current firmware is an older version that does not support the built-in MQTT stack.

Could you please share the following files with me via email or a download link?

  • The latest M95 firmware that supports MQTT AT commands

  • QFlash upgrade tool

  • Latest MQTT Application Note matching the new firmware

  • Firmware upgrade guide

  • Release notes

Hi，

Testing MQTT on the ConnectLab platform requires version 3.1.1. If the module defaults to V3.1, it needs to be changed to V3.1.1 in order to connect.
