I received the latest firmware you send to me & updated it successfully, thank you.
But the new firmware seems to be giving me bad SINR on 5G bands?? I tried everything to correct the problem, but nothing seems to work.
According to the files you sent with the new firmware, I can not downgrade to my old firmware…
Would you be able to sent me an older firmware file that I can downgrade to without the bad SINR 5G issues?
Or is there going to be an updated firmware fix available soon?

I also noticed that with this new firmware update, I don’t not get carrier aggregation on my 4G LTE bands anymore…I believe that this new firmware is not so good as an update or improvement over the original “RM500QAEAAR13A02M4G_01.001.01.001” that I had..
Is there any way you can send me this original firmware to re-install???
