Firmware Request RM520N-GL

Hello. I would like to request the following for my Quectel RM520N-GL 5G module.

  1. Latest firmware
  2. Windows 10/11 Drivers (USB & PCIE drivers)
  3. Modem upgrade Utilities (QFlash & QFirehose?)
  4. Latest AT Commands manual

I have sent the firmware and AT command manual to your email.

For windows driver and upgrade tool, please log in the website and downlolad.

could you please share the name of the firmware update tool and name of drivers. there are lot of files under downloads I’m not sure which one I need to download.

I think I was able to update it successfully but now it doesn’t show up 5G, however i do have 5G in my area. It always prefer 4G connection how do i make sure it always look for 5G first.

Did you disable 5G?

I do have to restart my router though to get 5G signals. but sometime it autimatically switch to 4G

Sometimes if 5G singal is poor, it will switch to 4G.

You can check the signal of 5G when register on 5G.
