Hello Quectel Support Team,
We recently purchased 100 units of the Quectel M26FB-03-BT module. According to the label on the packaging, the firmware version should be M26FBR02A02BT. However, upon testing, we discovered that the modules are loaded with a custom firmware based on Gizwits GAgent.
This firmware is not suitable for our application, as it does not support standard AT commands in full and is tailored for Gizwits IoT Cloud. We would like to re-flash all units with the official Quectel firmware (M26FBR02A02BT) to restore standard AT functionality.
We kindly ask you to provide:
- The original firmware binary file for M26FBR02A02BT.
- Instructions or tools (e.g. QFlash configuration) to reflash the firmware.
- Any notes regarding bootloader compatibility or unlocking if required.
