I would like to request the latest firmware available for my RM530N-GL modem.

Current firmware version:
RM530NGLAAR03A02M4G

Could you please provide the latest stable firmware package and, if available, the corresponding release notes or changelog?

RM530NGLAAR03A02M4G_01.200.01.200 is the latest one,and I have sent it to your email, pls check

My RM530N-GL is already running firmware version RM530NGLAAR03A02M4G_01.200.01.200.

Could you please let me know if there is any newer firmware version available (including a beta or engineering release), or is this the latest version for my module?

I am experiencing an issue with a Quectel RM530N-GL modem during a 5G SA roaming test and would appreciate your assistance.

Test scenario

  • Modem: Quectel RM530N-GL

  • Network: 5G Standalone (SA)

  • Home PLMN:

  • Visited PLMN:

To initiate the roaming procedure, I manually select the visited PLMN using:

AT+COPS=1,2,"VPLMN",12

The modem starts the registration procedure, and the network accepts the registration request. However, the modem never completes the registration.

Current issue

The modem does not send the Registration Complete NAS message after receiving the network’s Registration Accept.

As a result:

  • The modem remains Not Registered / Limited Service.

  • The registration procedure never completes.

For example:

Registration state : not-registered
Status             : limited
PS                 : attached

and

AT+QENG="servingcell"

+QENG: "servingcell","LIMSRV","NR5G-SA",...
