Hey Leon, many thanks for the file however you sent me RM500QGLABR11A06M4G_01.200.01.200. I believe the latest version is RM500QGLABR13A03M4G_01.203.01.203.

The firmware version cannot be updated across baselines from R11 to R13. Otherwise, the module may not work. The version I sent to you is the latest version of your firmware baseline.

I’m in need of the firmware too, as a matter of fact, I’m running on revision: RM500QGLABR11A06M4G, I need to run ‘AT+QOPS’, which using this firmware it doesn’t show me anything, hoping new firmware will alleviate the situation, or If you could help me/ redirect to solve my issue,
