Firmware request for RG500U Modem, JODU52420

hello Support

I am facing a similar issue with a Jio ODU using a Quectel RG500U (M.2) modem.

Device details
• ODU model: JODU52420
• Modem: Quectel RG500U

Currently the device is inaccessible:

WebUI loads but login is blocked / read-only
I do not have access to AT commands from the ODU side
Unable to retrieve the current firmware version due to this lockout

The last known firmware update on this unit was around 02-03-2025, before the service was decommissioned.

I would like to request the appropriate compatible firmware for RG500U (generic/operator branch if applicable) to recover stable operation.

Please let me know if IMEI, serial number, or module label photos are required.

which one the Modem or the complete Outer cell of the ODU with where the Model is written.

Sorry, I didn’t get more information from shield cover, it is recommended to contact with your supplier to get.
It seems there is a special module.

please help me out atleast in the getting the firmware it starts and goes into silent boot mode so I can’t see anything in the UART. and the DIAG Only comes for about 3Sec while I boot.

this is the Hardware ID of the SPRD U2S DIAG Port which shows up for 3Sec while booting.

Here is RG500U on my side, it is different with yours.
Do you confirm your module is from Quectel? Or you should confirm with your supplier.
