I have the same EG25G-QDC507 module. I accidentally flashed the wrong firmware, and the device is now unresponsive.

I can’t run ATI right now. The module got bricked during a recovery attempt after I flashed the standard firmware. It’s stuck in a bootloop and doesn’t respond to AT commands. Only 9008 mode is still working.

I had run ATI before flashing the standard firmware, and it matched what others posted. Revision: QDC507GLEFM21

upon checking, the FW version QDC507GLEFM21 is not developed from Quectel side. You need to contact the supplier for the FW version.
