Sorry, my module still doesn’t work. According to the query on imei-verification, the original firmware version is RG520NEBDKR05A04F4G. Could you please provide me with the factory firmware for this version?

The firmware of the factory version has an impact on the radio frequency parameters. I do not recommend that you update to the factory version.

The module fails to work under CFUN 7 mode. Our top priority is to restore normal RF operation.:joy:

Do you have other RG520NEBDK? If yes, you can try to backup QCN from other device and restore this CFUN 7 device.

If restore the QCN from us, the performance will be worse than before, and we are not sure whether restore QCN will solve your issue.

@silvia The QCN file I backed up before firmware upgrade cannot work normally, which is quite abnormal. I suspect the hardware might be damaged after hardware upgrade. Could you share your official factory QCN backup file for me to test?

If you restore QCN, it still have issue, it seems the hardware was damaged.
We don’t have official factory QCN, just QCN from other module.
I will sent to you via Message, please try.
