I found the r13 firmware in my spam folder. Is this the latest firmware? What is better r11 or r13 versions? Can I have the latest r11 version also?

Why is this the method of retrieving the latest version of firmware?
Literally every other hardware manufacturer has a support page with downloads, firmware, user manuals and other docs. This is incredibly inefficient, and frankly quite annoying. There are 8 billion people on Earth, and who knows how many have/use Quectel. Why does Quectel expect us to personally ask for, and receive email with firmware updates?

Usually yes, Release Notes are inside the firmware file,
but not in this case…
