I’ve tried a couple RM502QAEAAR11A04M4G revisions…with no luck

Hello.
I have a rm502q-ae. Can I be sent the latest version of qflash, windows 10 drivers, latest version firmware, and any other relevant instructions with revision notes for both r11 and r13 versions?

My current FW:

Are there downsides to using the latest firmware? I’ve had some issues with carrier aggregation on this modem… achieving a max of 2x CA with all bands. The tower I’m connected to appears to be more robust than only offering 2x CA. Is this something later firmware addresses?
