Could you please share the latest firmware available for both RM500Q-GL and RM502Q-AE along with any associated tool that needs to be used to upgrade the firmware in these?

Thank you very much for sending those. I can see there are multiple files within each archive - do you have a guide or instruction which files need to be programmed to the module?

I am planning to use the tool Quectel_Customer_FW_Download_Tool_V6.8_EN to upgrade the modules. Is that correct?

My HW revision for the 502Q-AE is:

Quectel
RM502Q-AE
Revision: RM502QAEAAR13A03M4G

Is there any newer FW for these units? I am having issues in fixing GNSS signal.
