I have a GSM modem with 32 ports with EC20 modules, one of them is.

I have used sim cards tmobile, cricket, verizon and none of the chips work.

Thank you for your reply. You can use AT+GSN to check the IMEI number of the module, and I will confirm the specific model you used. As far as I know, EC20-CE is mainly used in China and India, and is not suitable for the United States. Or if you take a picture of the back of the module, does the laser label show EC20-CE?

Unfortunately, EC20-CE is not available in the United States, it is mainly used in China and India. You can buy modules such as EG25-G for North America.
