Firmware and configuration for LC29HEA

Hello
Could I ask for the latest firmware for the LC29HEA module?
I have the following problem, whatever command I send via QGNSS to the
console, I don’t get any confirmation or error. What could be the
reason? Here’s an example, I can’t even download the software version:

  1. After you send $PQTMVERNO*58, wait for 3 seconds to check whether the software version number is returned within 3 seconds. (Because sometimes some command responses will be delayed).
  2. Please take a clear picture of the module and send it to me, and also take a picture of the connection method.
