FAIL, Ping_DLoad_Port_MDM9x07 timeout QFlash Error

Hi All,
I am working on a project and using BG96 QuecOpen ThreadX. As I have check the firmware version on my BG96 module is BG96MAR04A04M1G_BETA0111A and I want to change it to BG96MAR02A07M1G_01.007.01.007 provided by FEA. But I am unable to do so i am getting the following error on QFlash tool.
FAIL, Ping_DLoad_Port_MDM9x07 timeout
And QEFS also not working after selecting the DM port QEFS close automatically.

pls use the force download mode ，

or change to the new Qflash version

Force Download mode works.
