Factory Reset RM520N-GL (RM520NGLAAR01A08M4G-01.205.01.205 firmware)

Good Day,

I have been trying to figure out how to reset back to Factory settings my RM520N-GL modem. I searched and found the following set of AT commands, but this has not resulted in the modem returning back to factory settings.

AT+QPRTPARA=3
AT+CFUN=1,1
AT+QPRTPARA=1
AT+QCFG=“ResetFactory”

I have also tried reloading the RM520NGLAAR01A08M4G-01.205.01.205 firmware, but this too has not returned the modem back to Factory settings.

If these AT commands can’t take effect, we don’t have other commands.

Is there an Application Note that specifically covers this function for the RM520N-GL?

So you’re saying the commands I listed should in fact work on this modem? I don’t have any documentation that clearly tells me this.

I’m sorry I don’t understand the question. I have a project that I am using these modems for data and location synchronization. I’m not sure if this answers your question.

What I want to confirm is the appropriate procedure to reset the modem back to Factory configuration for all settings using AT commands.

For data and location synchronization, which did you use?TCP,HTTP or other protocol. Did you use GNSS?
