Facing issue regarding EC200u while passing AT+QGPSGNMEA command, doesnt receive NMEA string

Sometimes it shows NMEA string, but most of the time it fails.
following sequence is used in frimware, it works on EC20 but not on EC200
AT+QGPSCFG="outport","none"\r\n
AT+QGPS=1\r\n
AT+QGPSCFG="autogps",1\r\n //if qgps is not ok
AT+QGPSGNMEA="RMC"\r\n
