Exception called genie connected: No bc66

Dear,

I have an issue with a bc66 module.

For an uknown reason i see this message on the terminal

genie connected: No

auto-reboot: Yes

is there some documentation about this errors ?
Do someone know what is happening?
how can i reproduce this?

The module restarts, please also confirm the external hardware power supply and misoperation.
