EU200U vanix tracx-1b module is not detect in the pc

we have one vanix tracx-1b module. we have connected to the
PC. But it is not detect in the device manager. Kindly help us to connect to
pc or other controller.

Probably this is a driver-related issue.

Kindly check your email for the required driver and install it, then reconnect the module to the PC and check Device Manager again.

If the issue still persists after installing the driver, please let us know.

I believe that this is a duplicate query of the same issue. Could you please help to capture a photo of the module label showing the IMEI clearly? I can then trace which firmware was originally flashed on the module.
