I have an esp32 with an M65 do you have any demo sketches, or can you direct me how to connect to the internet and to an MQTT broker in order to intercept the messages sent on the topic.

Use the serial port of your esp32 to connect with the rx and tx pins of m65, and send AT command to M65 to complete the operation you want. For the specific AT process, please refer to the document I sent you.
