Hi! Even I am facing the same error. I am building the MC60 original SDK which was downloaded online. While building targets, its throwing this error and also .cfg file is not created.

I only solved the issue
follow thw documents for the opencpu see first create the opencpu folder or the eclipse only will create the opencpu folder in that copy your project whole folder and now open th eclipse ide and try to run then the isuue will bw solved.
