EPAT cannot read UE database

Hi, I am using EPAT to capture BC660K-GL module’s log. But when I update database, it always return “reading UE DB is failed” according to the User Guide. My UE database is always 0x00000000 although I have tried 2 different databases BC660KGLAAR01A04_02.001.02.001 and BC660KGLAAR01A04_01.001.01.00. My module’s version is BC660KGLAAR01A04. Is there any way I can fix this? Thanks.

Has the module been upgraded to the latest version? If you upgrade, the output log is not garbled, please ignore this adaptation issue

I have tried to upgrade me module firmware, but seem like I have some problem with the UART port.

So Reset and BOOT are both triggered by BOOT pin right?

You need to disconnect the module from the mcu to prevent the mcu program from affecting the module upgrade
