I was looking at the firmware release notes for the latest EP06-A firmware.

Can someone explain what the issue was that was fixed in Rev. EP06-A-LA_Firmware_Release_Notes_V0208_01.004.01.004

Does AT+QLTS respond to the event of receiving a SIB16 msg from the base station or a downlinkDirectTransfer msg of NITZ info from the base station?
