Enable EM120R-gl LTE Module on Qualcomm Board

I try enable EM120R-gl LTE module on Qualcomm board. So for that I need to enable only PCIe or Both PCIe and USB have to be enable?
Apart from that i need to get PCIe and USB drivers and provide details of which properties is should enable in deconfig file.
