EM160 lte1 mbim: error 7

with EM160 for a few weeks I sporadically have this error in the logs:
lte1 mbim: error: >>> And service: connect, command: connect, error: 7
the connection drops and then reconnects. I can’t find any documentation on line about errors to understand the problem.

In the log lines it says exactly what I wrote in the initial post:
lte1 mbim: error: >>> And service: connect, command: connect, error: 7
my driver version is: EM160RGLAUR02A05M4G
