EM120R-GL Serial Windows driver needed

Dear Quectel,

Could you provide me with a Windows serial driver for EM120R-GL? I would like to switch it to PCIe mode using AT commands, but currently I only see the USB adapter itself (with generic Microsoft driver) and don’t see the COM port.

I have a Quectel EM120R-GL in a Lenovo ThinkPad running Windows 11. Mobile broadband works through the Microsoft MBIM driver. Device Manager only exposes UDE DM and UDE EDL ports, but no AT/serial COM port. I need the Windows serial driver for the EM120R-GL so I can access AT commands and SMS. Please provide the appropriate signed Windows serial driver.
