EM12_G reset input , pull up on board?

The LTE hardware design guide implies that the EM12-G has a pull up on its reset# input , pin 67,
but unlike other pins, which are stated explicitly

Can we confirm that there is a pullup on the pin 67 RESET# pin , and as other pins have, what standard /voltage it is pulled to please

RESET (67) pin is high by default, no need to pull up, pull down will restart the module.
