I bought an em12-g modem. On Windows 11, the modem was identified as an em12-g network adapter, the firmware in the modem is EM12GPAR01A09M4G_ACER. The modem is in mbim mode, it needs to be switched to qmi mode. AT commands the modem does not accept. How to remove the protection from the modem? Help please!!

Do you mean that the module cannot respond to AT commands? Is the driver installed correctly? There is no way to change the dialing method without responding to AT.
