Hello.

My module sometimes reboots and I would like to understand the reason for these reboots.
I tried to get the syslog and kernel log via adb:

adb shell tail -f /var/log/messages
adb shell tail -f /var/log/dmesg

but when the module reboots, nothing was written to the log.

Question for the support team:

Is there any other way to get the log before rebooting the module?
Is it possible to somehow switch the logging verbosity?

Module fimware is: EM12GPAR01A21M4G_01.203.01.203

For crash log, you need to use Qualcomm tool(QPST) to get the crash log, I will send you the step to get the crash log, thank you.
