EM12-G auto power down problem

Hello,
I’ve EM12-G module
I’ve been monitoring AT command output port (ttyUSB2) for a while and I noticed “POWERED DOWN” messages just before the module powered down itself.
I guess there is some automation that power off the module I don’t know.
Is there any way to disable this automation?
Firmware version is EM12GPAR01A20M4G.

  1. Please check if there is a module shutdown caused by insufficient power supply or unstable power supply;
  2. Please use the latest version EM12GPAR01A21M4G for testing.

I use a 60W power supply, no battery, shouldn’t be any current shortage.
Sometimes I see unsolicited message “CIND=1,5” or “CIND=1,3”, if I’m not mistaken this inidcator points to battery level. Coulld it be related?

Where can I find EM12GPAR01A21M4G and updated flashing utility?
