EM06ELAR03A01M4G_ACER. Can’t send AT-commands. in Windows 10 only the network device is detect, there are no COM-ports. How do I put my modem into ECM mode?
Use Linux or OpenWrt to check the modem interface configuration with
cat /sys/kernel/debug/usb/devices
Your modem is in MBIM-only configuration, without comm ports, I never seen this before with this modem, maybe it is a feature of _ACER firmware. I would try switching to the regular firmware.
At the same time you can try to use AT-over-MBIM tool (google it) on Windows and see if the modem will respond to AT commands and AT+QCFG="usbnet" in particular.
Did you finally get COM ports with your EM06-E Acer module? If so, how did you do it? I’ve got he same problem.
