EM05-G Provider certification US

IoT Modules LTE Standard Module

I have trouble to use the EM05-G modems in the US with AT&T and Verizon.
The Quectel datasheet stats that the are comatiple with these provider.

AT&T: IMEI not valid even if the EM05-G is in their supported IoT device list
Verizon: IMEI not valid
T-Mobile: OK, works fine

How can I solve this problem?

Can I ask how you know the IMEI is invalid?

We have checkd if the IMEI is supported with the provider IMEI check:
