Unfortunately I did mistake and bought few of EM05-CE modules for my project from aliexpress by a discount. And when I was buying them, the seller did not ment that they are for Lenovo in the advertisement. And sending them back to the China will coast me and my startup more money. Only when been trying to find deeper information why it do not want’s to be connected to the network (as it see sim card, the only it does not connets to the network and network registration does not pass through), I found information on Quectel webpage about the slots on mouser.com and digikey websites. And if prototypes will show them selves in best way, then deffinetely will buy from there.
But money for this project are limited. And we are building it without investors. So that’s why I must ask You for the help.
May be this is not good enough reason, but I still hope that You can help me.

Please help me. I have a EM05-CE usb stick and the stick was taken out of the laptop without closing now it is not working anymore. I tries al kind of slow formatting software but nothing works anymore.
It looks like the firmware is not working anymore. Any suggestion or software I can download to get the stick working again?
As I understood Quectel do not wants to provide any firmware to customers who buying those modules less than 100’s or 1K in a pack. I was trying to get help from them but they refused for every module I had. The only option will be to ask Your seller for firmware, as I did.
I bought various EM05-* modules and unfortunately most of them was bagged. Only reseller helped me to get firmware and only then my problems solved.
But in Your case… Do You really think that it is software problem? As I understood, Yopu are using EM05-CE as a USB dongle, correct? Usually simple USB disconnection even when it is powered on and in use, should not bring any troubles.
Are You able to see /dev/ttyUSB3(linux) or COM(windows)? Are You able to connect to it through terminal/software? Which kind of adapter are You using? If Your adapter is open, I would reccomend You to see if it function propperly.
Sorry but I am simple end user and have not a clue what you are talking about. I just have 1 USB of 1Tb and that is not functioning. And I have not a clue where my collaegue bought it for me.
Emm… Are You trying to get help with memory(memory drive, flash drive) or LTE(internet in simple words)?
Or can You just paste picture of Your device here?
