Electromagnetic Compatibility for modem BG95 M3

Hello, we are using the BG95 M3 modem and wonder what kind of Electromagnetic Compatibility certifications it possesses. Our main market is Europe. We have found online a declaration of conformity by Quectel, stating that the modem complies with the RE Directive (2014/53/EU) and among others, this standard: EN 301 489-1 V2.2.3. Does anyone know if such a declaration of conformity is valid nowadays?
