EID for esim use

I would like to use an eSIM for my Quectel EM12, RM5xxx and EM160 modules.
What do I have to do to these devices to program them for such use?
I can get esim compatile imei’s but I don’t know how to make the Quectel modem produce an EID

I have the IMEI, that part is clear.
My next step is to get the device EID
To my knowledge the MODEM is esim capable.

I appreciate the command AT+CIMI you provided but I need a different number. I am looking for the EID. Do you have any knowledge of the EID command option?
