EG95-EX Module Firmware Update

EG95EXGAR10A03M1G_01.003.01.003 is my current firmware version of EG95EX module .
can i get a support to upgrade the module version?

Can you use AT+QGMR to check what firmware version you current use?I checked, and the current EG95EX only has the R08 version.
